Important Inventory Rules

• Inventory can ONLY decrease, never increase - Once listed, you cannot add more quantity to prevent perpetual listings

• Maximum 10-day hard limit - All listings automatically expire after 10 days regardless of remaining inventory

• Zero inventory = Instant removal - Listing is removed immediately when quantity reaches zero

• No restocking allowed - Create a new listing for new harvests or shipments

These rules protect buyers from stale listings and ensure fresh inventory rotation.

How do Buyer Requests work?

Buyers: Post requests for FREE (up to 3 active). Describe what you need, quantity, and delivery requirements.
Sellers: Submit Quick Quotes (5 free/day) with price and availability. No need to create a full listing!
Result: Buyers compare quotes and connect with the best supplier.

How do I pay for listings?

We use a credit system. Purchase credits in bulk and use them to create listings or submit extra quotes. Credits never expire and can be used anytime.

Are there any transaction fees?

No! We only charge for listing your products. All transactions between buyers and sellers are handled directly between parties with no platform fees or commissions.

Can I edit my listing after posting?

You can update prices and descriptions anytime, but inventory can only be decreased. This prevents artificial listing extensions. Once inventory hits zero or 10 days pass (whichever comes first), the listing expires automatically.

Why can't I add more inventory to an existing listing?

This anti-fraud measure ensures fresh inventory rotation and prevents sellers from keeping "zombie" listings alive indefinitely. Each new harvest or shipment requires a new listing, guaranteeing buyers see truly fresh produce.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise accounts.

Do you offer refunds?

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience technical issues with your listing, our support team will work with you to resolve the issue or provide account credit.
